You can go to the gym, drink water and take your vitamins but if you don’t deal with what is going on in your heart and head, you’re still going to be unhealthy. I wanted to start the podcast series with the topic of Self Love because the most important relationship you will have is the relationship with yourself. The more we get to know ourselves, the more we love ourselves ad are able to accept love. It’s important to spend time on growth, and have a better understanding of who we are and what it is we need in life, in a relationship and for ourselves. This way we attract what we desire and deserve in a relationship because we become self-aware.
